- The usage of conventional learning model is still use by the teachers in teaching and learning activities. Conventional learning model can make the students quickly bored because there is no variation in teaching and learning process, and it can be affected student learning outcomes. Cooperative learning model by using talking stick it can make the students interested in participate the learning activities. Talking stick is a learning model that can encourage the students to play and learn. The usage of media it can also be influential in the learning process. Talking stick learning model using pictures as a media in teaching and learning activities. This study aims to determine the influence of talking stick learning model through animal pictures media of student learning outcomes grade 2 on the material kawruh basa arane anak kewan at SDN Girimoyo 02 Malang. This study conducted by means of qualitative research by using pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest design. The sampling technique used the saturated sample, which is use the whole of the population and the sample of this study take 42 students. The results showed that the result of hypothesis test with t paired sample t-test was 0,000 with significance level 5%, Sig. (2-tailed) <0,05 then H0 is rejected and H1 accepted. Based on the research result, it can conclude that there is the influence significant of talking stick learning model through animal pictures media of student learning outcomes grade 2 on the material kawruh basa arane anak kewan at SDN Girimoyo 02 Malang.
