- Workers' welfare today is a strategy capable of increasing the participation of workers in the business of a business owner to increase guarantees to his workers. The form of the welfare state was originally realized by the attainment of social welfare through the principle of human unity. Based on the types of social security programs, social security programs can be both short-term and long-term. As well as BPJS Employment that provides a social security to the workers in Indonesia. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive type, the purpose is to know the form of BPJS Employment program and to know the services provided by BPJS Employment, such as what is expressed by employees and participants BPJS Labor Branch Malang City. Determination of subjects in this study using the method of Purposive Sampling. Data obtained through the process of observation, documentation and interviews on the subject of research. The theory used in this research is the theory initiated by Amitai Etioni about Model Systems and Model Goals. The results of this study indicate that the program BPJS Employment has benefits that can make the workers prosperous, such as Work Accident Insurance, Pension Insurance, Old Age Security and Death Guarantee. As well as services provided to the workforce ranging from registration channels, discounts, claims, payment reminder systems, pick me up service, BPJSTKU, Traumatic Center, Home Credit Approval, and employment.
