- The purpose of this research is firstly, to know how the legal relationship between the parties who are bound in PT.Gojek Indonesia electronic agreement, and the evenement form and the responsibility of each party. In this research, it is used sociological juridical method. From the result of this research, it is found that in legal relationship arising from Gojek application electronic agreement there are three legal relationships namely partnership law relationships, application usage legal relationship, and freight service legal relationship. The forms of evenement which causes Partners’ loss includes sudden cancellation of the purchase of goods and / or food and beverages by consumers during order delivery process, fictitious order, consumers’ unclear addresses, and the accidents during obligation fulfillment. Furthermore, related to liability to Partner’s loss, PT.Gojek Indonesia takes the responsibility.
