- The diversity of student knowledge in PPKN material particularly Pancasila's value application can consistently influence student comprehension level toward the material. By utilizing creative media, innovative and buids upon colors, pictures, and other dynamic or moving components will subsequently develops student interest to follow learning, thus consequently contributes in student comprehension. This research has goals to study media attractiveness and develops learning media application media for Pancasila's value based on motion graphic in third grade elementary thematic learning. This kind of research is a model of research and development that use ADDIE development model. ADDIE model has 5 steps in total, they are ; 1) Analyze, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluate. This research subjrct is 3A class elementsry student of SDN Ketawanggede Malang with the total of the whole student in class is 26 student. Tests and trials are done classically in each class in different time, May 23rd and May 25th 2018. Data collection method that currently in use is observation, interview, questionnaire, and documentation. Data analysis technique applies cummulative descriptive analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. This research result shows that media for Pancasila's value application based on motion graphic in third grade elementary thematic learning is feasible, valid, and interesting to be implemented on learning process. The obtained media feasibility percentage is up to 94% ( very good ), material feasibility is up to 91% (very good), and learning feasibility is up to 95% ( very good ). The attractiveness percentage from questionnaire response reault 3A and 3B class is 87% and 95% each. It can be concluded that media for Pancasila's value application based on motion graphic in third grade elementary thematic learning is valid, feasible, and interesting to be implemented on learning process.
