- The aim of the study is to analyze and describe accountability in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Malang by using trilogy accountability approach. The method that uses in this study is case study method and using qualitative descriptive approach to explain the result of the study. They are the primary and secondary data that the documentary study and interviewing the relevant object. The result of the study shows that most of the accountability in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Malang has done well, but not really reflected accountability in the frame of tribological. The accountability that implemented in Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Malang is still focused on the accountability in a general way. The accountability to God is realized by keeping the obligation to worship while working and keeping Amanah to their job. Meanwhile, the accountability to human is realized by the existence of financial statements. And accountability to the environment is less perfect because there is no specific program or effort that implemented by Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Malang to keep the balance of nature with the operational activities of the organization. But in the long run, they try to develop green carpet concept
