  • The aim of this study is to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility and firm size towards the reaction of investors. The samples are 57 companies which have been selected by using purposive sampling from the manufacturing companies are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variable used is corporate social responsibility disclosure and firm size, dependent variable used is the reaction of investors. The results of this study indicate that corporate social responsibility disclosure and firm size positively and significantly affected with each significant value of 0,003 and 0,009.
