- Indonesia is a country that has a large area with a fairly high biodiversity. The negative impact of use chemicals arising began to appear signs of fatigue on the ground and decreased productivity in almost all types of crops cultivated. In an effort to overcome various problems caused by modern agriculture that applied is to increase the role of soil microbes. The purpose of this study was to assess the results obtained from testing the potential of plant rhizosphere soil bacteria (Citrus reticulata and Psidium guajava) as a biological fertilizer. The method used isolation of bacteria in rhizosphere soil using M63 standart media. Soil that been diluted and then taken into the test tube, and then given an additional triptopan with a dose of 250 mg /L. After that vortex until homogen and the value of absorbance by a spectrophotometer at 0 hours growth with a wavelength of 600 nm (nanometers). So that shaker for approximately 18-20 hours every 2 hours of bacterial growth was observed by a spectrophotometer which then obtained OD (Optical Density). After the production of growth hormone testing is done using Gas Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS). Results obtained in the study was the growth of citrus and guava rhizobakteri the highest IP and IP J4 White 10-3 10-4 Jr5 COK and the lowest of the two isolates are J5 IP and IP Jr2 COK 10-3 10-3 BIR. This isolate is able to produce several hormones that can support the growth of plants. Thus, this rhizobakeri has the ability to double in addition to increase the growth and production of plants can also increase crop tolerance to drought.
