  • Jasa Raharja as a state-owned company that guarantees traffic accidents and public transport passenger accidents.PT JasaRaharja (Persero) provides basic protection to the community through 2 (two) social insurance programs, namely Passenger Accident Insurance Public Transport Equipment which is implemented based on Law no. 33 of 1964 concerning the Mandatory Accident Passenger Insurance Fund and the Legal Liability Insurance of Third Parties implemented under Law no. 34 of 1964 on Road Traffic Accident Funds.Based on the results of the study, 30% of traffic accidents in the city of Malang were hit-and-run accidents and some were the cause of accidents that received Jasa Raharja's compensation.This writing aims to find out how the procedure of filing a claim in a traffic accident and how the solution is taken if there are victims who are also the cause of the accident. This research uses sociological juridical approach method. Then the data of the research are analyzed descriptively qualitative.In this writing will be described how the guarantee provided by JasaRaharja to casualty casualties and accident victims hit and run. And any authority imposed by JasaRaharja as guarantor of compensation fund.
