- This study aimed to examine and obtained evidence empirically the company measurement effect and financial leverage in case to practices income smoothing in Banking company that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Population in this research is a financial services firm listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the year 2016 with the total sample are 40 companies. The determination of the sample that chosen in this study is a purposive sampling. The data in this study was with analysed with correlation analysis technique and cross tabulation. The result of this study was that the measurement of the company financial leverage are have no significant effect on the banking income smoothing system in companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016 period.
