- This research cinducted aims to understand how to development media Animathica web-based using blog in the Geometry lesson for junior high school student. Research methodology used is research and development. This research was conducted in SMP 06 Muhammadiyah Dau in representatives by class VII and class VIII. Data collection method is questionnaire and interview. Prior to the research, media validated first by an expert of media and lesson. The result of validation by both of the people is shows that media Animathica in “very good” category. The result of the interviews by mathemathics teacher and students, can be concluded that media Animathica being used in studying, can help students in understanding the lessons, and having comprehensible language. From the result of the interview, so media Animathica can help students in learn about Geometry lesson, especially in understanding the lessons.
