- Nature tourism is a leisure and tourism activities that utilize the potential of nature to enjoy the natural beauty of unspoiled either existing or farming, so there is a tourist attraction to the area. To be able to know what the management of a nature conservation area which is good and true, then the rule contained in Law No. 5 of 1990. The problems are the basis of this research is the understanding of the concept of the application of Law No. 5 of 1990 on the conservation of natural resources and ecosystems in nature tourist area of Mount Bromo and proceed with the adjustment of the concept of implementation of Law No. 5 of 1990 on the conservation of resources biodiversity and ecosystems in nature tourist area of Mount bromo. After understanding the concept of the rule of Law No. 5 of 1990, it can be done in the area of application of the concept of nature Mount Bromo and then performed the evaluation measures are accompanied by the development of the concept of the Law No. 5 of 1990 on the conservation of natural resources and ecosystems. Evaluation of activities conducted in nature Mount Bromo region based on the rule of Law No. 5 of 1990 on the conservation of natural resources and its ecosystem if it is appropriate or not with the rules. The time required in this study approximately 30 days beginning in mid-December of 2017 until mid-January of 2018. For the methods used in this study were interviews and direct observation to the field with a descriptive qualitative data analysis. From the results already obtained in the field can be seen that in the management of conservation areas that exist in nature Mount Bromo still many who do not comply with the rules in force according to Law No. 5 of 1990 about the conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystem. It can be seen from the number of violations that often occur when direct observation to the field. For that nature tourism activities area of Mount Bromo still needed further treatment measures related to the management of natural preservation area where they often damage.
