- e-Warong KUBE PKH is an alternative approach to distribute the social helps which was a cash becomes non-cash. In order to realize this approach, moreover it will be set as a help of the development business policy through Elektronik Warong Kelompok Usaha Bersama Program Keluarga Bersama (e-Warong KUBE PKH). The innovations of the public service of e-Warong KUBE PKH are increasing the poor societys’ access to the social-economic resource. It is a movement of distribution’s help system which was a cash becomes non-cash though the internet’s technology. The increasing of the ideas and the active part on empowering the poor society is an empowering of the people who get the benefits to manage social assistance in the form of food aid the government’s help in the form of e-Warong KUBE PKH, furthermore, it will be help the government in successing the eradicstion of the poverty. In the other side, there are also the obstacles in implementating the innovation of e-Warong KUBE PKH. They are; the unbalanced of the ratio of the companion and the member of PKH, less of independence’s member and less of participation interest in every training.
