- This study shows that in the field of career, students have a sense of pessimism with increasingly intense competition in entering further education. This becomes a problem for students and affects their self-efficacy into decision-making advanced study. Students have been faced with university selection which will affect their career path. There are teenagers who can make decisions based on their own thoughts, some make decisions because of the demands of their parents, and some are making hasty decisions due to the influence of peers. The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between self efficacy to career decision making in students of senior high school. Research subjects were 228 students, were taken using incidental sampling technique. Data obtained through the scale of self-efficacy and career decision-making scale. Data analysis method is linear regression. The results showed that self efficacy was positively and significantly related to career decision making in student of senior high school with result of analysis giving rise correlation value equal to 0,377 with significance value <0,01.
