- Aggressiveness is an individual behavior that aims to hurt others in verbal and non-verbal action, is very common in a teenage age. One of the factors that suspected may cause the aggressive behavior thru teenager is the functioning family. The main purpose of this observation is to find out of any possible relation from the functioning family to the aggressive behavior on a high school teenager. The embroiled observation subjects are 353 people that been taken from simple random sampling technique. The method of collecting data will be using the modified scale from functioning family scale and aggressiveness. The process for the data analyzing will be using the correlation of product moment technique, result shows a very significance relationship between the functioning family with the aggressiveness of a high school teenager (sig = 0.000) and the R square as big as 0.186 (18,6%). Showed that 18.6 & of the aggressiveness are in fact impacted by the functionality in the family. Meanwhile the other 81,84% are impacted by another variables. The mentioned result shows that the better family functional is, the lower possibilities of the aggressive behavior thru the high school teenager.
