  • Implementation of PPK class-based on management of class to develop interpersonal intelligence can lead student to soft skill ability which used to communicate with others. This research aims to describe implementation of PPK class-based to develop interpersonal intelligence student, facing problem of implementation of PPK and solutions to overcame that problem of implementation of PPK on student V-A class at Kauman 2 Elementery School, Malang. This research used descriptive and qualitative approach. Data collection technique used observation, interview and documentation. Data obtain from headmaster, teacher and student V-A class. The result showed that (1) implementation of PPK class-based can showed in three aspects, (a) social insight, students had less social recognition or selfcontrol, (b) social sensitivity, students were good on empathy and pro-social, (c) social communication, students were good on social communication and provide good model for other student in order to had interpersonal intelligence. (2) problem of implementation of PPK was characteristic of each student which resist student to develop interpersonal intelligence. (3) solution to overcame this problem was offer personal assistance in order to student had good direction to develop their interpersonal intelligence. Conclusion of this research were implementation of PPK was good to develop interpersonal intelligence although just one aspect, social recognition. However, that condition did not influence of other sstudent enthusiastic. interpersonal intelligence could be developed by habituation and in class approach, provide good social interaction in order to obtain good social support in future and good behavior.
