- Inclusive education is an education in regular schools that be adapted to the needs of their students who need special education. The existence of inclusive schools provides an opportunity for the ABK students to learn together with normal students, so that ABK students are able to adjust to the surrounding environment. This research aimed to determine: (1) Described the process of learning implementation of students with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang. (2) Described the constraints the process of learning implementation of students with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang. (3) Described efforts to overcome obstacles in the learning process of students with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang. This research used qualitative research and the type of research conducted was descriptive. As a source of data: principals, special mentors, shadow teachers, and students. This research was conducted in the semester II (even) of academic year 2018/2019 by used interview technique, observation and documentation to obtain data about the implementation of learning of students with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang. The results of this research showed (1) Implementation of learning children with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang using a modified 2013 curriculum, with one GPK and four shadow teachers. (2) The implementation obstacles of children with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang was the determination of the curriculum used for children with special needs and the process of making RPP. (3) The Efforts to resolve the obstacles of learning implementation to children with special needs in SDN Jatimulyo 1 Malang was GPK included training or seminars before learning for students with special needs. It expected that the school can provide facilities for the GPK in training and more active in coordination with parents and shadow teachers.
