- In SDN Kauman 2, teachers have problems to provide additional resources for teaching and learning activities. The teaching materials provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) are still general and contextual. In addition, learning materials have not supported the needs of students based on student learning environments. In this study, researchers use local wisdom Malang Raya area as new teaching materials for teaching and learning media that exist in the student environment. In addition, the media created by the researcher also combines the Informatics and Communication Technology (ICT) in the form of interactive multimedia products that are packaged in video form for fourth graders of elementary school. In the video, researchers are packing thematic materials that are integrated with local wisdom in Malang Raya area. Researchers also complement the learning media with guidebooks that have a high level of validity and effectiveness to achieve the learning objectives. This research used Lee & Owens model to develop interactive multimedia based on local wisdom which has five stages: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The types of data used in this study were qualitative and quantitative data. Quantitative data were obtained from the questionnaire scores of expert validation, observer, student and teacher responses, student activity, and student learning outcomes. Qualitative data were collected from the responses, inputs and suggestions of the experts, observers, teachers, and students. The result of product feasibility reviewed from the validity level obtains very valid level with the description of theoretically (95.5%), very interesting used in learning (96.5%) and very effective to achieve learning objectives (92%). However, revision(s) need to improve the product development. This research focuses on two lessons based on subthemes in thematic book, Keunikan Daerah Tempat Tinggalku. This multimedia needs to be developed into six lessons. This multimedia products can be tested to several schools, developed in different themes and classes, and expanded with other local wisdoms of Malang Residency that has not been integrated in this product.
