- This study aims to describe the use of puzzle media and learning outcomes achieved by grade IV students in mathematics subjects using numerical fractions worth in SD Negeri Tirtoyudo Malang Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The subject of research is the fourth grade students of SDN Tirtoyudo Malang Regency. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Classroom action research procedure that there are two. First, the problem identification stage. Second, cycle 1 consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that in the pre cycle stage the value of students under the average of 47.69. Furthermore, the research on cycle 1 and the results showed that the average student score is 58.46. The average value is also included below minimum completeness criteria so it should using the cycle 2. In cycle 2, the average value of students is 75.38 and the value is already above minimum completeness criteria so the research is stopped because it works.
