- Every school institutionsare expected to implement a quality culture to improve the quality of school education. Quality culture is the values that must be executed by all school members in order to be able to achieve the target set by the school. SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu has implemented a quality culture since 2016 and proving able to become a superior school through the implementation of quality culture. This research aimed to describe the implementation of quality culture, aspects of school excellence, and constraints faced in the implementation of quality culture, and solutions provided at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The sources of data come from the principal, teacher, extracurricular builder, and responsible librarian and UKS at SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu. The research instruments were observation guides and interview sheets. The research procedure consisted of three stages: the first stage, the implementation stage, and the final stage. Data analysis technique was done through four stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed (1) the implementation of quality culture in SD Muhammadiyah 4 Batu has been running well. (2) The aspects of school excellence are found in the school's flagship program, namely education of the Qur'an, As-Sunnah habituation, and multiple intelligence. (3) The obstacles faced by the school in implementing the culture of quality are that the libraries have no special management, 12 out of 30 classrooms are not in compliance with minimum standards, and the late distribution of printed books. The school is expected to be able to provide a special manager for the library, immediately complete the construction of the classroom, and for the government is expected to distribute the print book on time
