  • Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in an organization is needed to improve the productivity and efficiency of the organization. The formation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behavior is driven by the commitment of the individual profession. The phenomenon of TNI staff officers has a lower commitment than those working with private companies. resulting in high levels of rotation and absence resulting in decreased productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of professional commitment with its three components (affective, normative and continuance) to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The research method used is quantitative approach. Subjects used in this study were 202 TNI AD of male gender. The tool used by profession commitment scale is affective commitment, normative commitment, continuance commitment, and scale Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Analysis of data used is with simple linear regression. The results the effect of affective commitment, normative commitment and continuance commitment to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
