- This study aims to analyze there are leadership style and organizational culture in the performance of government internal auditor. With increasing, leadership style and organizational culture in the performance of government internal auditor will have a significant and positive effect simultaneously or participate. The test method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The object of this research is auditors who work in Inspectorate Malang. The data used in this research is primary data with questionnaires. The results of this study are competence, leadership style, and organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on a simultaneously. Leadership style hasn’t a significant effect on a participant. Organization culture has a significant an positive effect on a participant.
