- Innovation behavior is how people bring up the new ideas. The good innovation behavior will certainly benefit to the organizations. Transformational leadership is one of leadership’s style to achieved maximum result with opened, flexible, and helpful style of the leader. The aim of this study to examine the effect of transformational leadership style to innovation behavior in Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat (LSM)’s members. This research is quantitative. This research using Innovation Work Behavior’s scale and Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. The sampling technique is using incidental sampling with 350 LSM’s members. The data analyze by using simple regression test. The result shows, there is positive’s effect of transformational leadership style to innovation behavior.
