  • Leadership is a key factor that needs to be considered every company or organization in managing resources owned. Leadership factor as a key factor remembering although the company has a high resource without the leadership of all resources can not synergize produce optimal performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Leader Member Exchange (LMX) on employee performance. The number of respondents was 105 people using random sampling technique. The data analysis used is simple regression. The results showed that there was significant influence of Leader-Member Exchange on employee performance (r2 = 0,610; p = 0,000).
