- Employees is an important resource to the success and survival of the company. One of the contributions that the employee can do is communicate information, ideas, or suggestions for the company, otherwise known by the term voice behavior. One of the factors that affect voice behavior is the leadership style. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership styles with voice behavior in employees. The subject of this study are 100 employees working on the company's diversified company family. Data retrieval using a scale of Multifactory Leadership Quetionary (MLQ) and scale Voice Behavior (VB). Data analysis using binary correlation test (multiple correlation). The results showed that: (1) there is a very significant and positive relationship between transformational and transactional leadership styles together with voice behavior on employees; (2) there are a very significant positive relationship between transformational leadership style with voice behavior; (3) there is a significant positive relationship between transactional leadership style with voice behavior.
