  • Emotional fatigue has a bad impact and can affect the work of employees, then the emotional exhaustion felt by employees needs to be addressed because it will have an impact on the decline in productivity and work performance. So that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is indicated to affect employee emotional fatigue. OCB is a positive behavior of individuals as members of the organization in the form of conscious and voluntary willingness to work and contribute to the organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of OCB on the emotional exhaustion of work on employees. This research is a quantitative research and purposive sampling technique for collecting samples of 178 subjects. The instrument used is the OCB scale and emotional fatigue scale. Data analysis techniques use multiple regression. The results showed that there was a significant effect of OCB on emotional fatigue in employees in a negative direction. In addition, it was found that the OCB variable has a contribution of 8% on the variable emotional fatigue in employees.
