- This study aims to analyze the determination of the cost of production of tea drinks that have been carried out by UMKM HOLA and to compare and explain with the results of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by the researcher. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. This research is a research which intends to provide an overview of the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by UMKM and provides solutions to the problems found in these UMKM.Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the calculation of the cost of goods manufactured by UMKM is still said to be less precise and accurate, which will later result in the determination of the selling price is too high or too low. Calculation of the cost of production is one of the important things to be done for every business because it is one of the determinants of the selling price of products that will be sold.
