- Bank Indonesia issued Regulation No.13 / 1 / PBI / 2011 on change the Bank Soundness Rating method to become RGEC which isorientedto the risk and the application of good corporate governance, profitability and capital adequacy. The results of the research showed that the level of performance of BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA Tbk with the 2014-2017 period on the NPL ratio has decreased and LDR ratiohas increased, self assessment has increased so it has not been able to improve the image, efficiency and corporate social responsibility, ROA has decreased, and CAR.has fluctuated.
