- Lamongan Regency is a Regency in East Java consisting of 476 villages spread over 23 sub-districts which have the most villages in East Java, which of course the provision of transportation will be a very urgent factor in supporting the daily activities of the community. There are many methods in plotting the flexible pavement, such as the 1987 SKBI Bina Marga Component Analysis method. The objective in this final project is to get the result of thickness of the flexible pavement, and to know the cost budget plan (RAB) on Sugio road project of Lamongan regency. In this pavement planning starts with secondary data collection in the form of land data, average daily traffic, road technical data, and standardization of unit price which refers to the provisions of public works office Lamongan. Based on the calculation result of the method, the thickness of pavement on the surface layer using Laston MS744 with 10 cm thick, the top foundation layer using class A broken rock with thickness of 20 cm, and bottom layer using A class aggregate with 28 cm thick. For the calculation of the cost on the road Sugio STA 0+000 - 2+200 obtained budget cost of Rp. 6.152.700,231 (Six Billion One hundred Fifty Two Million Seven Hundred Thousand Two Hundred Thirty One Rupiah).
