- The magnitude of population growth in a city that is not balanced with a good facilities and infrastructure, can lead to deterioration of environmental quality. TPA is the final place for waste processing in Indonesia. TPA Blandongan is located in Pasuruan city with service area of 4 district.The method of loading used in TPA Blandongan is Sanitary Landfill. The main problem encountered in the application of garbage dumping into the soil is the possibility of groundwater contamination by leachate. This final project discusses about leach processing procedures so that leachate does not enter the surface soil. Leachate water should be processed first before it is released to the river body. Processing is done in ponds leaching waste treatment plan. The production of leachate was 95.95 mm.The dimensions of the leachate pond are 8 x 8 x 5 m, the dimensions of the stabilizing pool are 18 x 9 x 2.5 m, the dimensions of the aeration are 20 x 10 x 2 m and maturation pool are 19 x 9.5 x 1.5 m.
