- Construction is an important things in life, both in the field of economics, culture, and education. One example is the construction of TK Aisyah Kabupaten Ponorogo by the regional goverment for the purpose of advancing the education in the region. Every construction activity required budgeting plan in which the preparation need to be prepared well in order to achieve the optimal result according to budget spending and time required. Basicaly, the calculation on this PDM have the similarity with CPM, however, the difference lies in the utilization of the relational dependency, in which PDM has four relational dependency. The first stage of this research is to calculate the budgeting plan on the construction design of TK Aisyah Kabupaten Ponorogo and then next is to schedule the plan using PDM and CPM methods and also to analyze the worker need which is required. Once the calculation on the building plan of TK Aisyah Kabupaten Ponorogo according to the building design has been achieved, the result showed that the budget required to begin the construction is Rp. 488 091.000,00 within 60 days of working according to scheduling using CPM and PDM. The highest resources required to buolt the said building is lies on the work of collum structure that requires 50 workers, 4 foreman, 4 chief builder, and 6 bricklayer.
