- Teaching media is very useful in delivering information or materials. Based on Government Regulation No. 19/2005 on National Education Standard Article 1, learning media and the use of technology and information are to support the standard of facilities and infrastructure in education so that teachers are required to be more creative and able to utilize technology optimally. Utilization of technology in education world can be done by using facilities such as laptops / computers and LCD Projectors that currently exist in many schools. However, in fact the facility has not been utilized well by teachers in supporting learning process. Based on these researcher develops computer-aided media product. This development research aims to develop an interactive CD media subtheme earth as part of the universe for III class at primary school. In this development research, it was used model proposed by William W. Lee & Diana L. Owens with 5 stages: 1) assessment / analysis, 2) designing, 3) development, 4) implementation, 5) evaluation. Data analysis techniques used in this research was quantitative approach from questionnaire scores, while the qualitative data was obtained from suggestions and comments from experts. Media expert validation was performed with 93.056% percentage result which was included in "Very Valid" criteria or the product can be used without revision. First stage material expert validation was 77,273% which was "Valid" or product can be used but with small revision, while in second stage validation by material expert, it was obtained percentage of 93,182% which was included in "Very Valid" category or product can be used without revision. From media trial by learning practitioners, it was obtained percentage of 97.5% which was "Very Valid" or media can be used without revision. From students trial result, it was obtained percentage of 97.7% which was included in "Very Interesting" category. Based on the validation of media experts, material experts, experiments of learning practitioners and students, it can be said that interactive CD media is feasible and interesting.
