  • Mushrooms have properties that can not last long, so the need for proper and correct handling. The right action is by doing further processing, making new products more economical value and providing added value so as to form a new price higher and profitable than without going through the processing. The purpose of this research is 1) Analyzing the product income of mushroom nuggets 2) Analyzing the efficiency of mushroom nugget product business 3) Analyzing the added value of mushroom nugget products.The method of determining the location is done purposely at Agronusa Mushroom Bumiaji Sub District Batu City in April 2018 - May 2018. Data collection methods are done in the primary and secondary. Data analysis methods used are cost analysis, income, efficiency and added value. Based on the results of the discussion can be concluded that, 1) The profit gained from processed mushroom nuggets of Rp 7,156,276 / month, 2) Efficiency of business on mushroom nugget products is 2.60 means mushroom nugget business run Agronusa Mushroom feasible and profitable, 3) Value added mushroom nugget at Agronusa Mushroom Rp 72.924 / kg raw material or 5 times the price of oyster mushroom raw material, with the added value ratio of 0.71% of the production value.
