- Learning Management System (LMS) is a software application or web-based technology that has become a powerful tool for conducting an e-learning environment. The application of LMS in higher education can increase students' motivation, assessment, and communication. University of Muhammadiyah Malang has used this application to support their teaching and learning. An example of learning management system platforms is Schoology, which is an online learning session, classroom management, and social networking platform that improve learning become interesting. This research was a descriptive qualitative research it was aimed to investigate students' perception about Schoology in Evaluasi Pembelajaran subject at the fourth-semester students English Language Department University of Muhammdiyah Malang. Additionally, the data collection was conducted through questionnaire (close-ended questions) and interview (semi-structured interview). The research subject of this study were a students in Class B at fourth-semester in Evaluasi Pembelajaran subject in UMM. The result of the study showed that the students accepted the Schoology well in teaching and learning because Schoology was an online learning platform that make learning become interesting. Besides, it could save the time and money of the students. Schoology had many benefit for student in higher education for example it could make student had a high motivation for learning in the class and outside the class. Finally, it is suggested to the lecturers in UMM should be aware to Schoology, since it can help lecturers to deliver their material. For the further researcher this research is expected to give a beneficial consideration for the further researcher who wants to conduct research under this topic.
