- In developed countries and also developing cannot get out of the existence of street child phenomenon especially in metropoliss. Street child is epoch product which have been borne by ability civilization of urbanization and industrialization. The Malang City besides as education town and tourism town can not avoid increasing amount of street child effect of economic pressure and the increasing of requirement of impecunious citizen life. The increasing of amount of street child can know that is in the year 2005 amounting to 555 people and in the year 2006 amounting to 641 people ( Source Of : On Duty Social Malang City, 2006) Economic pressure and the increasing of requirement of impecunious citizen life, resulting child have to work in the street it is and not rarely get treatment of exploitation from their parents, other street child and privat person. Condition and life of street child very anxious because office hours risk very long, resulting gristle of health facet and social. Marginal because them do ill defined work type of it is career ladder, less esteemed and do not promise prospect in future. Eksploitatif because street child have position drive a bargain very weak and subordinate Intention of this research is to know form exploit to street child in Klojen Sub-District Of Malang City. Type Research is type research of descriptive approach qualitative. source of data that is primary data and data of sekunder. Technique Data Collecting that is data of observation, data interview and documentation data. Population as a whole amount to 641 people. accurate Sampel as a whole amount to 16 people. Technique intake of sampel that is snowball sampling . Theory used to analyse form exploit to street child that is theory of B.F Skinner and of Peter M. Blau Finding of this research that in street child community there are existence of norms which indirectly have become agreement of public road child for example respect to seniority, order become community, loyalitas / regional area and togetherness to work. Form exploit to public road child in Klojen Sub-District Of Malang City for example: 1.Form exploit to street child done by their parents 2.Form of exploitation to street child done by other street child 3.Form of exploitation to street child done by privat person
