- The purpose of this research is to know how are the health, working safety and employees of production section performance and also the influence of working safety and health to employees of production section performance at PG. Gempolkrep Mojokerto. Explanation Research is used in this research, which is about research type explains domicile accurate variables which are researched, and also the relation between one variable with another variable. The data of this research is obtained primary data circularized questioner to some chosen responders of program of K3 ( Health and Working Safety) and employees performance. This data is got from spreading of questioner result and secondary data obtained by researcher indirectly covering: amount of employees, production data, marketing, personnel, data concerning labor absence. The data analyzed by using Analyzer of Regress Doubled Linear. Research result indicates that Health and working safety have significant influence to employees performance at PG. Gempolkrep Mojokerto. This Matter is supported by result of calculation regress yielding coefficient of regress for XI = 0.319 and X2 = 0.166 and also result of t count for XI = 5.361 and X2 = 3.523 bigger than t table in real level 5 %, equal to 1.684. Employees of production section performance that is equal to 87 %. Pursuant to conclusion, suggestion which can be given is: considering working safety and health really have an effect to employees of production section performance this matter can be made as reference and concept for company to do K3 periodically and watching it's execution continuously with a purpose to be able to maintain or even improve performance which is reached during this time, company shall need to pay attention to internal factor about compliance of operator production department's workers in following operating procedure and observation of supervisor or not. So, for that suggested the importance of strived to improve compliance of production department's workers with interesting in pay attention to worker motivation in following operating procedure, for example passing program of behavior-base training safety; giving training and education with knowledge items concerning operating procedure and important of obeying operating procedure for the safety, health and security of work and environment too; repairing of observation system with paying attention to execution of operating procedure in field and improvement working team role for improve compliance of employee in following operating procedure; and revise to felt or unsuitable operating procedure.
