In anticipating emulation of market which is progressively opened, strategy assumed effective enough exploited is strength of Liaison to face attitude of consumer which critical progressively, advertisement, information and programs clean warehouse or trading down for all goods sold and exist in PT. Gunung Sari Intan, service and or idea of company which must reliably. Existence of Liaison it is true cannot be discharged from element of company or organization image. Image will have an effect on to position of company in the middle of emulation affecting at people. Successful fail of the company depend on how communications effort, strategy of communications of service and also quality of product which is passed to by each; every its consumer In this research, researcher wish to know and elaborate strategy of communications of liaison owned by PT. Gunung Sari Intan in developing positive image of company. This research take place in PT. Gunung Sari Intan of Unlucky branch. Technique of its data collecting use interview, documentation and observation. This research use method of research qualitative. Bogdan And Taylor define method of research qualitative as procedure of research. yielding descriptive data in the form of words written or oral the than people and behavior which can be perceived ( Moeleong, 2007: 4). determination of Informan in this research use Purposive Sampling. Where source of information specified as according to criterion which have been determined by a researcher. Sum up informan in this research as much 4 people where fourth of the people play a part important at company and as according to criterion determined by researcher. technique of Authenticity of data in this research is Triangulation of Data that is compare data and check to return belief of information obtained by through different appliance and time in method qualitative. ( Moeloeng, 2005:330). From analysis result which have been conducted by a researcher, explainable that strategy owned by PT. Gunung Sari Intan pertained at Social Marketing Strategy. In artian of any kind of enthused by customer hit assorted of matter, good from side medium and also prasarana till service. Pursuant to liaison strategy formulation in developing image, current image from PT. Gunung Sari Intan not yet been reached full. Not yet reached of became of the display product and space settlement problem as well as from their service facet to consumer. Image expected by a company is image which are positive from party eksternal. With positive image existence, indirectly will get good reputation and the advantage improvement (profit) company. Though not yet reached of image of the desired company, this matter do not withdraw enthusiasm from all consumer to buy product from PT. Gunung Sari Intan. This Matter is accuracy indication of one of liaison strategy indicator in drawing buyer.
