  • This research was descriptive research titled : “Analysis of Internal Control System to Debt Distribution of Society Debt Bank (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) Market Bank (Bank Pasar) Kediri Residence.” This research aimed to describe the internal control of debt distribution and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control system in debt distribution at Society Debt Bank (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) Market Bank (Bank Pasar) Kediri Residence. This research used interview and documentation to collect data needed and analytical technique used according to the internal control system element, consisted of organization structure related with debt, authority system and good procedure, health practice and good employees. The research describe that the internal control of Society Debt Bank (Bank Perkreditan Rakyat) Market Bank (Bank Pasar) Kediri Residence couldn’t be considered effective. It was caused by double work of the officer in request file, the double work of account officer in checking the virtue and doing the debt analysis and Report, there was no serial number to the debt procedure, un-routine position change, no research about education background in recruiting new employee, and no training to the new employee. According to above conclusion, the writer recommend some things those need attention. They were : the customer service gave debt request to account officer, this could add the customer’s comfort since the customer didn’t have to wait the debt process, separating account officer work in checking and analyzing debt, while making the research report to avoid fake data which could make stuck debt, printed serial number to avoid deceitfulness, routine position sift to create department cooperation, research about educational background in new employee to make sure that the employee has ability, and the new employee also followed in training to knowledge in responsibility and duty.
