- PT. Karya Mitra Budisentosa represent company which produced any kind of shoes type. Problems faced by company were unable to fulfill demand of consumer, thus there was overtime. It was caused by uneven production trajectory. To overcome the problems was conducted improvement of produce trajectory line balancing with method approach of RPW and COMSOAL with assisted of QS software thus it was obtained line minimum. Planning of trajectory balance use method of RPW and COMSOAL that aim to obtained minimum Balance Delay and also the increasing of Line Efficiency, thus output would be increased. In the repeating plan of line produce with RPW method was obtained amount of work station 6, work efficiency 93.98%, balance delay 6.02%, and produce output 28296 pair/month. Method of COMSOAL the amount of work station 6, balance delay 4.55% and work efficiency 95.45%. From the both of method that have highest work efficiency was method of COMSOAL and based on method of COMSOAL. From the plan result of trajectory balance was obtained increasing efficiency 51.51% and happened degradation of Balance Delay 51.51% and also the increasing of output 16776 pair/month. Thus, by repeat planning of line produce with Line Balancing Method of COMSOAL, it was obtained efficiency thus production process would run well and consumer demand able to be fulfilled.
