- This research is empirical research to test how big influent of free variables about bound variable with used the data secondary. With title “The influent of Earning per Share (EPS), the level of bank rate and financial leverage about price of share (study in corporate food and beverage that registration in bursary effect Indonesia. This purpose is to test the influent of Earning per Share (ESP), the level of bank rate and financial leverage with partial and with simultaneous about price of corporate share food and beverage that registration in bursary effect Indonesia. By virtue of result with use the technique of analysis statistic data description can describe that with simultaneous there is have significant influent from changed Earning Per Share (ESP), the level of bank rate and financial leverage about price of corporate share food and beverage that registration in bursary effect Indonesia. Although with partial get of result that the dominant of factor about price of corporate share food and beverage is earning per Share (ESP) and Financial Leverage and than the level of rate of interest CBI (Certificate of Bank Indonesia), had influent that relative small.
