Web represents the program which used as editor and browser in computer. 
Basically web represent a corps at hyperlink going to address one to other; similar address by using HTML Language programming ( Hyper Text Markup Language) what collaborated with the Language programming of other. Becoming a web is a group of document written in format 
HTML, which can accessing from server web to web browser.. 
This making Web need some software. Software required by the inclusive of Language programming. A lot of software supporting in this making web. One of them is planning and 
making of web study interrupt to use the PHP ( Hyper Text Processor) Language programming and database Mysql ( My Structured Query Language), what is coupled by web server Apache. 
PHP used for the processing of script of HTML page, while to program the Mysql used for the system of management of data study interrupt. After making design web and compile the needed database, process hereinafter is connecting web design with the database which have been made by using web server Apache. 
In making program the web for the system of study interrupt there are some menu to be used. Service given with the existence of this application [is] containing home [of] information of study semester interrupt in a few year therewith sum up its competitor. Containing Transaction 
service of data input in the form of student data in this data will load the student which still be active in lecturing. Besides student data also there is data of tutor and look a lesson. Data of tutor and lesson is also provided by the menu edit and delete of each data. At menu hereinafter is admission filling plan the study interrupt. Having input in the form of year of academics and NIM (Number of Mains student) for input of admission filling plan the study interrupt the. Service hereinafter is processing assess to [enter/include] the value, and also menus for the printing of. For the menu of edit the admin to alter the password and user from previous admin. 
Menu Logout used to go out from web page. All existing service can only be controlled by administrator provided with [by] the key of security of user and password. 
With the existence of this web is expected to earn can assist the majors in management process the semester administration interrupt. This Web also applicable to earn the processing of data administration swiftly in activity study interrupt. Others also this web can manage the
