  • In everyday living Balinese have tight relationship with cultural values. Because in Balinese culture value also there are some values containing principles about how individual relate to the God also about how individual relate to human being and environment. Balinese cultural values grown on in life socialize applied also in the working environment so that indirectly influence ethos work employees. Thereby in this research, researcher aim is to know how big contribution of cultural values to ethos work. Cultural values are tradition of culture and belief of Balinese which have been holded since ahead This research is non experimental research. Population of this Research is employees of Indonesia Bank amounting to 150 people. Technique of intake of sampling used that is purposive sampling, with characteristic of subject that is Balinese employees, hence got sample with amount 60 people. In this research, researcher use instrument of scale of ethos work and cultural values, from try out conducted to be got 41 valid items from 44 item of scale of ethos work and 49 valid items from 56 items of scale cultural values. Result of research show there is positive correlation among Balinese culture values with ethos work by r=0,495; sig= 0,000. Knowable so that that cultural values give effective contribution equal to 24,5% to ethos work while other the rest ( 75,5%) influenced by other dissimilar factor.
