  • These researches aim to explain execution of channel of distribution applied by PT Maju Jaya Pemasaran in East Java and knows efficiency expense of channel of distribution of PT Maju Jaya Pemasaran in East Java. Research type applied is case study that is data collecting by the way of laying open reality containing explanation to relevant data to research object. Data applied is primary data is data peculiarly collected for requirement of research is being run covering data expense of channel of distribution, number of distributors and policy of self distribution of company. Secondary data was data collected not just for ned a just certain research covering place of company, history of forming of company, area effort for company, organization structure, shelf distribution system and shelf distribution policy.data analytical technique applies descriptive analisyis that is giving picture or description of object that is accurate systematically, and accurate abaout applying of channel of distribution and level of efficiency. Result of research do know channel of distribution applied by wood company PT Maju Jaya is direct channel of distribution and indirect channel of distribution. Channel of distribution of direct is more efficiently is applied company Maju Jaya than indirect channel of distribution. This thing is because of at channel of distribution of comparison direct of expense of with sale yields smaller ratio or percentage if it is compared to indirect channel of distribution. Based on result of research, hence suggestion that can do given is be better if wood company PT Maju Jaya remain to apply direct channel of distribution and indirect channel in marketing the product to consumer to can do reached optimal sale value. Company better also more places forwardly or more emphasizing at usage of direct channel of distribution because this channel has efficiency percentage expense of smaller shelf distribution.
