This study aimed to determine whether or not the interaction between an accession number, length of cuttings and rooting hormone concentrations on the growth of some numbers from crosses of Jatropha (Jatropha curcas L.). This research was conducted at the experimental station located in the village of precisely in the district Kedung Pangaron Kejayan, Pasuruan, East Java. This study began in April 2012 and ending in July 2012.&#xD; &#xD; The design study is a randomized block design (RBD) 3 factors with 3 replications. The first factor is the accession number of plants consist of numbers 5, 6, 7, and 18. In this study, the data were processed using Duncan 5% test, the parameters used were plant height, number of shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, plant diameter, width canopy, root length, number of roots, shoot dry weight, dry weight of cuttings, root dry weight, presentation of live plants.&#xD; &#xD; Research data showed highly significant interaction between different accession numbers, length of cuttings and rooting hormone Giving.
