- Employee is social being becoming plays properties for every company. They this become planner, executor, and controller they always stands is active indium realizing purpose of company. Absolutely, in work employee has hopes if what they doing same with their hope. If the reality same with what the employee hope, they feel job satisfaction. Job satisfaction be important, because with job satisfaction is able to organizational commitment with company. Organizational commitment has defined as something more passive loyalty of the organization, in other word organizational commitment implicit relationship active between organization with employee. Because, employee that slides high commitment has willingness to give more power and responsibility to support prosperousness and successfully organization where did he work action. Employee with the higher of job satisfaction is able to higher organizational too. On the other hands, employee with lower of job satisfaction be able to have a lower of organizational too. This research is quantitative research , with non experimental desaign. Research subject is the teacher wich have professional certificate. The research was population research with population 40 employees. Data collection technique used were job satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale and using Product Moment Correlation from Karl Pearson with computer SPSS 13.00 for Windows Program. Based on da analysis bacillus hence inferential that there is have a positive significant relationship between job satisfactio with organizational commitment of teacher with have a professional certificate, that correlation coefficient (r) = 0,434, fault probability (p) = 0.005, and determinant coefficient (r2) = 0,188. It means teacher with the higher of job satisfaction is able to higher organizational too. On the other hands, employee with lower of job satisfaction be able to have a lower of organizational too. Job satisfaction effective contribution gave influence to the organizational commitment 18,8%
