- This research is a study at manufacturing company with title "The Measurement of financial performance between domestic company and multinationa company” (study at manufacturing company noted in Bursa Efek Jakarta period of 2006). This research aim to know the difference of financial performance between multinational and domestic company during period of research. In this research the formulation of problem is if there any difference of financial performance between domestic with multinational company (study at manufacturing company noted in Bursa Efek Jakarta period of 2006). Population in this research is domestic and multinational which company registered in Bursa Efek Jakarta during period of research, while the technique of sampel derivation is purposive sampling, which is the population taken as research sampel is population that fulfill the criteria of sampel selected match with the research. The criteria of sampel which used in this research is manufacturing multinational and domestic company which registered in Bursa efek Jakarta, releasing consolidation financial report completely during research year 2006, from each sub sector in domestic and multinational company and have highest asset. The research result indicate that the calculation to five kinds of ratio from domestic company have avarage equal to 61,68, while multinational have avarage equal to 196,35. Result of calculation of anova obtained F value = 8,932339 and F table value = 2,447237. Because F count ≥ F tables = 8,932339 ≥ 2,447237, therefore Ho refused, and H1 accepted, means there are difference of financial performance between multinational and domestic company during period of research.
