- This research represent research of or field of survey in Cinema 21 Malang Town Square (MATOS) with title "Applying Of Theory Queue At Cinema 21 Malang Town Square (MATOS)". Intention of this research is to know how much is audience mean time and amount await in system and queue, do facility service of existing counter answer the demand of. So that can know how much service facility used by Cinema side 21 Malang Town Square (MATOS). Analysis method used for the applying of queue theory at Cinema 21 Malang Town Square (MATOS) that is queue theory with single channel-single phase, while its calculation for example with searching service facility intensity level, capacities probability of n customer in system, amount of expected customer await in queue, amount of expected customer await in system, time expected by customer during awaiting in queue, time expected by customer during system. Result of calculation by means of the analysis above determined that in usage 1 facility service of counter got by the following result of calculation of capacities probability of n customer in system 17 %, amount of expected customer await in queue 3 people, amount of expected customer await in system 4 people, while time expected by customer during awaiting in queue 0.04 or 2.4 time and minute expected by customer during system 0.05 or 3 minute. Thereby hence with existence of addition and also reduction will not influence the amount of expected customer await in queue and also in system.
