  • Organization commitment will be the important thing on work because organization commitment have a relation with motivation and job satisfaction. Low of organization commitment that show of worker will influence to high absent, low efectif and low productifity is causes of many things once aspect that estimated with job satisfaction. According that, the purpose of this research knowing the relation of personality for job satisfaction with organization comitmment. This research is non experiment research. The research population are employment in PT Berlina TBk, Pandaan. Subject that were used in this research was consist 100 workers from population 364 worker. Determination of writer sample used purposif sampling technique. The method of this reseqrel are is scale thechnique. Even scale in this research are job satisfaction scale and organizational commitment scale. And the the analysis technique that was used corellation. From the data analysis was gotten r = 0.365 dan p = 0.000 that means there was positif relation which very significant between job satisfaction and organization commitment, it mean if value of job satisfaction are go up will follow up of organization commitment and if job satisfaction are low will following with organization commitment. The contribution give 13.3% it’s show r2 = 0.133 and the residu 86.7% is an other variable that not examined.
