- This research is a case study at the Office of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Dharma of Sumenep Regency with title “Balanced Scorecard as a Measurements Sketch of Company Performance (Case Study at the Office of PDAM Tirta Dharma of Sumenep Regency)”. The purpose of this research is to examine the performance of Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Dharma of Sumenep Regency by using balanced scorecard. The technique analysis used for financial perspective is Return On Investment (ROI), Profit Margin On Sales, and Growth Rate Revenue. While for customer perspective is Customer Retention, Number of new customer, Customer Complain, Ease Services and New Connection Velocity. For the internal business process perspective is using Yield Rate, Water Losses level and Complain Settlement . For the learn and growth perspective is using Employee Productivity, Employee turnover, Employee Training, and Absenteeism Based on the analysis, is revealed that company performance is good enough. From financial perspective show that company performance is not good, considering Return On Investment (ROI) and Profit Margin On Sales ratio level getting worse because of the company losses. From customer perspective show that company performance is good enough, considering Customer Retention, Number of new customer, Customer Complain, Ease Services and New Connection Velocity is getting better each year. From internal business perspective show that company performance is good enough too, considering Yield Rate and Complain Settlement is getting better although Water Losses level Ratio not yet show an improvement. From learn and growth perspective show that company performance is good enough too, considering Employee turnover, Employee Training, and Absenteeism is getting better although the Employee Productivity Ratio not yet show an improvement.
