- PT. Tlogomas Abadijaya Industrial Engineering Plastic, representing peripatetic company in producing electrics appliances. In face of emulation which progressively tighten, this company challenge the by reaching after certificate of ISO 9001:2000, representing one of prerequisite to industry in each, every state to be able to involve and confessed by its existence in the middle of free trade having the character of is global. With existence of applying of this ISO 9001:2000 company expect will be able to improve company performance as a whole. For that require to be conducted measurement of company performance with applying ISO, so that can know storey, level efficacy of company in applying ISO. One of method measurement of performance is Balanced Scorecard. In this method the Balanced Scorecard integrated with ISO-9001:2000, which where each, every Key Performance Indicators ( KPI) obtained from clause of ISO-9001:2000. From each;every the KPI will be grouped in four is in perpective Balanced Scorecard that is, perpective finansial, perpective cutomer, perpective internal business process, and perpective learning and growth. Hereinafter will be conducted by wight with method of Analytic Network Process ( ANP) considering the existence of link each other relevant between in perpective and objective posed at strategy of map. Result of scheme of system measurement of performance with method integrate Balanced Scorecard and ISO 9001:2000, by using measurement of OMAX and also Traffic Light System obtained result of KPI at PT.Tlogomas Abadijaya Industrial Engineering Plastic Malang with except to green chromatic indicator KPI Mount increase of cutomer amount, Amount of production of saklar, Goals Time production, Close Case, rust colored of accident number, and Total KPI rose colored Assets Turnover. Performance Overall ( entirety performance) company equal to 7.507 meaning this company be in god condition shown with KPI have reached mean goals but management have to do repair to increase performance at next period.
