- PT. Trans Lintas Semesta - Surabaya represent peripatetic service firm in the field of management of transportation service. During the time, system measurement of performance in PT.Trans Lintas Semesta still not yet presented organizational performance comprehensively and integratif. Measurement which only considering the monetary performance still owning many weakness because company cannot measure estaes do not see and ability of human resource. Therefore require to be scheme return system measurement its performance. From objective condition company, used correct model of Performance Prism compared to other model. Told Performance Prism because measurement of performance which depict organizational performance as awaking up 3 dimension owning 5 side area, that is from side stakeholder satisfaction, strategy, process, capability and stakeholder contribution. System measurement of this performance load 29 KPI covering 7 KPI cutomer, 6 KPI investor, 4 KPI supplier, 7 KPI employees, and 5 KPI existing society around company. Result of measurement of performance during 5 period ( year 2002 - 2006) indek attainment of performance equal to 4,7405.
